Craig Cummings

Mr. Craig Cummings has founded and co-founded several technology-driven start-up companies, including two that executed multi-billion dollar IPO's ("unicorns") and one that was acquired for ~$650 million. Areas of technical expertise include advanced energy conversion technologies, electronic vision systems, advanced sensor concepts for security applications, and maritime/intermodal logistics strategies and technologies.

Mr. Cummings has served as a Trustee of both the UC Santa Barbara Foundation and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. He previously served on the advisory boards of the Eco-Entrepreneurship Program at the Bren School and the Technology Management Program, both at UC Santa Barbara. Mr. Cummings is a member of Tech Coast Angels and the Santa Barbara Angel Alliance, and is the past Chairman of the Central Coast chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum.

Mr. Cummings holds nuclear engineering degrees from UC Santa Barbara and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
