Ben Levi

Ben Levi is a technology entrepreneur and co-founder and former COO of Ontra, an AI-powered platform transforming legal workflows for private markets. Over more than a decade, Ben helped build and scale Ontra into a leading technology company serving many of the world’s top investment firms, raising over $300 million in capital along the way.

Before founding Ontra, Ben was a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, where he negotiated complex M&A transactions and advised clients across healthcare, technology, and financial services. His background in law, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, led him to identify inefficiencies in private market deal execution — ultimately inspiring the creation of Ontra.

Ben brings deep expertise in SaaS company building, operations, fundraising, and scaling teams through high-growth phases. Since relocating to Santa Barbara, he has become active in angel investing and enjoys supporting early-stage founders navigating the challenges of building and financing companies.
