
Jill Feldman
Jill Feldman, the “Change Maker”, is the founder and president of Strategic Development Associates LLC, a strategy consulting and marketing research firm. Areas of specialization include strategic due diligence, voice of the customer insights, market validation, and industry and competitive analysis.
Jill founded SDA LLC in 1997, following roles as Market Research Director and Marketing Director with AT&T Wireless Services and as Strategic Planning Manager with Verizon Wireless. Previously, she was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Merchant Banking Departments with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Company in the Chicago office.
Since 2008, Jill has also served as a lecturer at the University of California Santa Barbara in the College of Engineering’s Technology Management department, developing and teaching courses including Business Strategy, Industry and Competitive Analysis in Telecom and IT and Market Research for Business. Jill holds a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus on finance.
Jill is active in both local and national philanthropies and most recently joined the University of Michigan College of Engineering Leadership Advisory Board.
